Harnic

Meet Harnic: your recruiting assistant

How It Works

Harnic automates recruitment tasks, and gives you insights into what's happening during the interview process in your team.

Getting started

  1. Invite Harnic to your recruiter screen or your intake meeting.
  2. Have the meeting or interview
  3. Receive the output (currently via email, soon directly in your ATS)

Using Harnic

  • Intake meeting: Inviting Harnic to your intake meeting will give you a summary of that, plus a draft job description (based on what was discussed in the meeting combined with examples of other jobs your company has had in the past) as well as a draft scorecard with examples of questions on how to assess best those skills discussed.
  • Interview summary: Receive a summary of your interview in a recruitment-friendly format.
  • Weekly recruitment updates: Receive a summary of these meetings, with trigger actions based on what was decided in the meeting (i.e. Reject candidate X -> triggers a draft email with a personalized rejection message ready for you to send). [coming soon]

Key features

  • Learning: Harnic learns your choices when editing summaries, and makes sure that every new summary sounds more like you, so you don't have to make the same edits over and over. [coming soon]
  • Cross-language: You want to run the interview in Spanish but receive the summary in English? No problem, Harnic's got you covered
  • Integrations: Will integrate seamlessly with your ATS for an even more efficient workflow [coming soon]
  • Insights: Unlock insights previously impossible; i.e. how does time to interview correlate with offer acceptance rate [coming soon]
  • Benchmarks: Interview drop-off rate per stage, interviewer effectiveness score across different teams and companies. [coming soon]
  • Phone & live interviews: You can have interviews via phone and receive the summary right after via email. If you have an in-person interview, simply invite Harnic on your laptop and put it aside, without the need to type notes. [coming soon]
  • Interviewer training: Imagine being able to customize the feedback for each interviewer, based on the interviews they have already run. That will soon be possible with Harnic.

What users say:

“I noticed that the summary is around 85-90% accurate, which is great. This is really good and takes the pressure out of me to type and capture all the information candidates will provide.“

“Summary looks really good“

“The output looks great, it also wrote it in good Italian. It looks very promising to me, we had just a brief talk with a colleague and it seems to me that it fills so many gaps.“

Compatibility

Harnic currently works with Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

FAQs

Do you store any data?

Currently, for the MVP, we don't store any data (you receive the summary via email and if you delete it, it's gone forever).

Later on, once the platform is live, we will provide the option to share parts of your data for insights and benchmarking purposes.

Is this GDPR compliant?

You only need to ask the candidate (either via email before the call or during the call) if they agree to record the meeting, so you can focus on them and not have to take notes. In our experience, 98% will say yes. If not, you can simply kick Harnic out and continue the meeting.
